Alright, Just moved here 17 months ago and The median home value here is around $166,000, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thanks!
Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Household incomes average around $44,661 in Sweetwater. Poverty rate is 13.6%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation?
