First post here. I've been here for 8 years and With a population of 18,274, Syosset is a small town. Homes are going for about $854,500 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
