Curious what people think. I've been here for 19 years and Poverty rate is 24.2%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $125,100, which is actually reasonable. It's a a mid-size city city with about 146K people. You can expect to pay around $998 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
