Hey everyone, I've been here for 18 years and Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Syracuse sits at 80.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.
