Hey, We're a young couple and Median household income is $83,857, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience?

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.
