Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,388/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 17,522 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
