Biggest downsides of living in Talahi Island?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 5 months ago and Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Talahi Island sits at 115.7 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Oak Park area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
