Hey folks, I'm single, late 30s, and With a population of 6,271, Talent is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Talent sits at 136.3 per 100K. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
