Hey everyone, I work in manufacturing and Average temperature is around 69°F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. Any help is appreciated. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Moved here from Boston about 11 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
