Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 18,394 people. The median home value here is around $226,400, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 18,394, Tallmadge is a small town. Homes are going for about $226,400 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
