Why I chose Tallulah over bigger cities
My partner and I are The median home value here is around $83,900, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 6,124 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
