What Tamarac does better than anywhere else

Hey, Poverty rate is 11.3%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 71,887 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

I'm a accountant and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is average and there's always something going on.
