Hey, Poverty rate is 11.3%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 71,887 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
