Anyone work in healthcare in Tamiami?

First post here. I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $78,916 in Tamiami. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a lawyer, 29, moved here 1 years ago from Minneapolis. I've lived in Riverside and Old Town, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Nice parks and green spaces
2. Strong job market in several industries
3. Lots of new development happening
4. The people are generally average - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Urban sprawl is real
2. Property taxes are high
3. The healthcare situation is pricey and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Riverside: Great for singles. surprisingly good vibes, walkable.
- Old Town: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Minneapolis, everything felt hit or miss. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are established. Gas is reasonable. You can live comfortably on $70K-$130K here.

**Final verdict:**
Definitely worth checking out.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
