Hey folks, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 51,201 people. Homes are going for about $451,400 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Tamiami sits at 231.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $451,400, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
