Life in Tamiami as a young professional

I'm a teacher here and With a population of 51,201, Tamiami is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
