I've been here for 14 years and The median home value here is around $451,400, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $78,916, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
