Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $99,766, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Tanglewilde sits at 175.7 per 100K. Rent is about $1,779/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
