Anyone else love living in Tarpon Springs?

So, I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $68,877 in Tarpon Springs. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think?

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
