Best coffee shops in Tarpon Springs?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Tarpon Springs sits at 394.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $321,000, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts?

Bought a house here in 2020 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Minneapolis about 11 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are pricey, gas is challenging.

Socially, it's not perfect but it works for me. Good luck with whatever you decide..
