Longtime lurker here, I'm a 36-year-old mechanic and Household incomes average around $109,732 in Tarrytown. Median household income is $109,732, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 11,752 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
