Unpopular opinion about Tarrytown

Alright, I work in tech and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $639,700, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 11,752, Tarrytown is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
