Is public transit usable in Tatamy?

First post here. I've been here for 3 years and Rent is about $1,375/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $292,900 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
