Tatum vs Los Angeles -which is better?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $200,800, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 14.4%, which is around average. Median household income is $70,708, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $852/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
