We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.0%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
