Raising a family in Tavares -thoughts?

Anyone else feel this way? It's a a small town city with about 19,738 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this?

I'm a real estate agent and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
