Hi all, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,036/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $141,200, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
