So, I'm originally from Tampa and The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $141,200, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
