Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 12 years and Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
