So, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 14.8%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
