Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Median household income is $71,665, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,181/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
