First post here. Homes are going for about $398,900 on average. The median home value here is around $398,900, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,432 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 59,010 people. Rent is about $1,432/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 9 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Bought a house here in 2018 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I'm a project manager and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.
