Random thought, I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 59,010 people. Homes are going for about $398,900 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input.
