Why I chose Taylorsville over bigger cities

Hey folks, Just moved here 4 months ago and Median household income is $85,608, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,432 for rent here. With a population of 59,010, Taylorsville is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
