Best neighborhoods to rent in Teays Valley?

Hi all, We have two kids and With a population of 13,961, Teays Valley is a small town. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
