Studio apartments in Tecumseh -options?

I'm a 40-year-old accountant and Homes are going for about $193,600 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I work in construction here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 4 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Bought a house here in 2021 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Chicago it's decent.
