Hey, Crime rate is something to consider -Tega Cay sits at 44.2 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much reasonable but now it's challenging.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
