Tega Cay is underrated, change my mind

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 13,267 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 1 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to traffic but Feel free to reach out with questions..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
