Things Tega Cay needs to improve

Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,307/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $494,500 on average. It's a a small town city with about 13,267 people. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
