Is it worth buying in Temecula?
Hey everyone, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $640,400, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Temecula sits at 142.3 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
