Is Temecula walkable?

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Homes are going for about $640,400 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,297 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Moved here from Austin about 15 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to nightlife but Definitely worth checking out..
