Planning a move to Temelec -neighborhoods?

Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $73,654 in Temelec. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Thanks for reading.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 7 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
