Best restaurants in Temescal Valley?

Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $119,647 in Temescal Valley. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Portland about 7 years ago. The main reasons were work and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Urban sprawl is real

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are reasonable, gas is underrated.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
