Biggest downsides of living in Temescal Valley?

Hey, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $119,647 in Temescal Valley. Homes are going for about $648,200 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,794 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great BBQ places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
