Co-working spaces in Temescal Valley?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $2,794/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $648,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Temescal Valley? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great sushi places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.
