Hey everyone, I've been here for 13 years and Rent is about $2,794/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $119,647 in Temescal Valley. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
