Hello, I'm originally from Denver and Homes are going for about $421,900 on average. Average temperature is around 75°F, so it's warm year-round. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Anyone in a similar situation?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
