Hello, Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 186K, Tempe is a mid-size city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.
