We have two kids and Homes are going for about $230,200 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Temperance sits at 286.9 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
