Is Temple still affordable?
I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $89,269 in Temple. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
