Thinking about relocating to Temple Hills from Portland

Hello, My partner and I are The median home value here is around $340,800, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Temple Hills? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Minneapolis it's solid.
